Sauted Apple

I am still with a weakened digestive system, but a voracious appetite. I need food that will be soft, gentle and still nourishing.

Enter poached apples with cinnamon and cardamom. This is a slight variation on an Ayurvedic remedy, which calls for ghee (clarified butter). This would be a good quick/warming winter breakfast or an amazing topping for waffles or pancakes.
