That one time when I made Berry Coconut Cream Popsicle. They’re delightful.
1 can of coconut cream (I used @traderjoes)
1/2 cup organic berries, puréed in a blender (I used raspberries and blackberries)
1 tbsp organic pure maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds (I used @nutiva)
Mix everything together, put in popsicle molds (Amazon $9, BPA free) and freeze. You can use lined cupcake tins.
